How long is my PARD warranty?
PARD warranty periods vary by product type:
Digital Night Vision Devices
2 years from the date of purchase.
Thermal Imaging Devices
3 years from the date of purchase.
Accessories and Batteries
Batteries, mounts, chargers and IR illuminators: 12 months.
Please keep your proof of purchase, as it will be required for any warranty claim.
My PARD has an issue. How do I raise a warranty claim?
Please contact the retailer you purchased the product from.
Your retailer will guide you through the warranty process and advise what information is required. This usually includes your proof of purchase, product details, and a description of the issue.
My PARD product is out of warranty. Where can I get it repaired?
If your PARD product is outside its warranty period, repair options may be limited.
There is currently no registered PARD repairer in Australia. We recommend contacting PARD directly via pard.com.
I’m a retailer. How do I raise a warranty claim?
Retailers can raise a warranty claim through the ASA retailer portal.
